What the source tags mean
- PublishedThe vendor lists the rate on its own site. Linked.
- ReportedThe rate appears in a filing, earnings call or credible press report, not on a price list.
- UnpublishedBehind a sales conversation. The row stays empty on purpose — the share of vendors in this column is worth watching.
Why there’s no single comparable number
Credits, conversations, resolutions, seats and tokens can’t be converted into one figure without inventing assumptions about volume and outcomes. The choice of billing unit is the repricing, so each vendor keeps its own. Rates are list prices; none survive a negotiated enterprise agreement. Check with the vendor before you sign anything.
